Bobby Darin's "Down with Love"

I'm listening to a compilation of Bobby Darin titled Mighty, Mighty Man.  It includes "Down with Love."  One of the lines is "Down with songs that moan about night and day."  I'm fairly certain that this is a reference to Cole Porter's song "Night and Day," which I have performed by many different artists (including Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby, and Frank Sinatra).

The first few lines of "Night and Day" are:
Night and day you are the one
Only you beneath the moon and under the sun
Whether near to me or far
It's no matter, darling, where you are
I think of you day and night
The whole song has declarations of love like this, which is exactly the sort of thing that "Down with Love" rails against.
