Saint-Saëns: Carnival of the Animals

This morning I listened to Saint-Saëns' Carnival of the Animals.  I'm surprised I never noticed before that he quotes the melody of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" in the twelfth movement (Fossils).  It starts in measure twenty-nine (this is just the piano parts):
