The Roulettes' "Stubborn Kind of Fellow"

I listened to the Roulettes' Stakes and Chips a couple days ago, but I was thinking about it again yester-day and realized a small thing about "Stubborn Kind of Fellow."  In what I guess is the bridge, the backing vocals have the repeated line "Gonna love you in every way."  The "every" there is pronounced with three syllables instead of the usual too.  That pronunciation emphasizes the multitude of ways in which the speaker/singer is going to love his girl.

After I thought all of that, I referenced the song and found some more things.  The three-syllable "every" there is contrasted with a couple two-syllable "every"s in the song ("ev'rybody" and "ev'ry time").

I realized a lot more about that bridge section too.  The lead vocals are "I wanna love you / In every way."  As in the backing vocals, that "every" is pronounced with three syllables, but the lead vocals also have various melismas on "way" (they differ when the line is repeated), which also hint at a multitude of ways.  Furthermore, while the lead vocals are "I wanna love you," the backing vocals are "Gonna love you."  The difference there hints at the speaker/singer's determination or, as the title has it, his stubbornness.
