The Easybeats' "St. Louis"

I'm surprised I didn't notice this either, but the Easybeats' "St. Louis" starts with "Countrymen, friends, lend me your ears," which is pretty close to Mark Antony's "Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears" (III.ii.73) in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.

The Easybeats' "Good Times"

I just started listening to a two-disc compilation album of the Easybeats.  I'm surprised I never noticed this before, but a line in "Good Times" is "Long Tall Sally's gonna be with Slim," which is a pretty obvious reference to Little Richard's "Long Tall Sally."
